HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!!

Looking at the number of people posting on my wall to say Happy Birthday, is kind of uplifting. Weather they do it because they truly remembered and mean it  or for the shear fact Facebook told them it was my bday and they dropped in to tell me. I really didn't do a thing today other than sleep and go to work. but the last few days was a fun time to help celebrate bday with some family. To all of those who are reading this and did wish me a happy Birthday thank you very much. The day really wasn't a special day. I turned 29 almost 30ahhhh.

 This however did get me thinking again about life and where mine is leading me. I have a job which I truly enjoy. I can say over the last year of my life has made a dramatic swing from where I was the year previous. I have a job which I truly enjoy, I have also found and joined a great church. The people at Park Place Baptist welcomed me from the day I began attending. They have become a great family! I am blessed for all the people and opportunities in my life.

     I am defiantly looking forward to the upcoming year! I cant wait to see what God has in store for me!

Here was my home for the last couple of days. New Orleans is  great town to visit, but I would definitely would not want to live there. There was so much excitement going down to the game. Once it started however the outlook looked grim. In the second half bringing on the come from behind team we are used to, the game began to be a game! The Hogs did lose the game however it was a game worth watching, They just were not ready to play. I am a bit tired and am heading to bed.

New Orleans I am here! Today has been a long day! The day started actually yesterday after only having 2 hrs of sleep Sat. night. Left Benton at 3 this morn after a full night of work and no sleep. After arriving in NOLA Checked into the Hotel and went downtown. We toured the riverwalk area and then went to the aquarium. It was a nice place with a decent variety of animals. Then we went down to the Hard Rock for lunch and the Razorback pep rally.The Atmosphere here is amazing! Not you typical tourist this first day due to the drive and lack of sleep for us all Called the night  a little early hung out in the hotel room after a few hours at Harrahs...btw I am up $30! This will be all for today but Look fwd to multiple photos tomorrow following the game!

OK everyone I have decided I am going to begin a new blog. I will want to take a Photo of an event of the day and post it. Also I what to use this as a sort of journal that come 12-31-11 i can look back over the year and see what I have done and who has been part of my life.

So here is my fist post of the year: 

       

Today was not that eventful, however it was the first movie of the new year with some good friends. Spent the day with Elliot, Brandi, Danny, and Jeff. We first went to the movies and watched Gulliver's Travels. It was a decent movie. then we went back to Danny's. A blast from the past we watched great outdoors reminding me how much movies have changed over the years.  then we watched Dying Breed, Defiantly not a great movie ...or even good really. Over all the Year has begun with a a great group of friends and it will hopefully end that way.
I am going to try my best to do a daily writing. But for sure I will do a daily photo post. Share with your friends Hope you all enjoy.
